Violent criminals for gun control

Okay, this is a great video.

Heh.

Actually, I'm told that in the book Will, by G. Gordon Liddy (which I have not read and don't particularly want to read), there is a conversation with a career criminal in which he says several of these very things.

That's really good.

Lydia - If you get the chance to read Will, take it. It's a very good book. G. Gordon Liddy is an interesting person. He reminds me of the apostle Paul prior to his Damascus Road conversion.

Shortly after we got married (22 years ago) we were living in a small group of townhouses. There were a string of break-ins and burglaries in the cul-de-sac we lived in. About 30 townhouses surrounded the cul-de-sac and all of them were burglarized except for two--ours and our next-door neighbor. He had an NRA sign on his window and he and I had a regular routine on Saturdays of mowing our lawns at the same time and then cleaning our guns together on one of our front porches.

After multiple burglaries of the same houses, NRA signs started appearing in all the windows--even of those people we knew didn't own guns. The break-ins stopped.

The book sounds from what little Tim's told me a bit more gritty than I'm up for, Rich.

I absolutely love the story about the cul-de-sac townhouses. Looking forward to telling it around the house here. It will be highly appreciated.
