I found it interesting...Yeah, it's a good one.

I found it interesting that she obviously thought it would more greatly harm the little girl if she (the girl) and people around them knew that the baby was abandoned than if they believed that the adoptive mother was the child's birth mother and had been immoral. Even socially considered, I don't think that would be true in the U.S. And of course the child should know the truth anyway and should think better of her mother--if nothing else, to make the mother's position as a role model better.

Of course, in the modern West the entire thing would be moot, because every baby has to have a Social Security Number, birth certificate, and what-not. You can't just find babies nowadays and raise them while letting people think what they will about where the baby came from.Lydia McGrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00423567323116960820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20704380.post-54703753916561445052014-09-06T00:26:20.207-04:002014-09-06T00:26:20.207-04:00The one in which the lady finds the baby in a tras...The one in which the lady finds the baby in a trash pile kind of got to me.William Lusehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15928946919078483848noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20704380.post-49333740406329596822014-09-05T15:18:14.410-04:002014-09-05T15:18:14.410-04:00Oh, yes, I've seen that one. I like the moment...Oh, yes, I've seen that one. I like the moment when he doesn't see the child and you think maybe something terrible has happened to her, but she's really just going to school. Looks like that is the life insurance co. that made the one about the man with the wife with Alzheimer's.

Me, I'm so cynical, the first thought I think is, "Any child begging in a Third World Country with a sign that says 'For Education' is almost certainly not really going to benefit from money you give. It's just a scam for the benefit of whoever is exploiting the child beggar."Lydia McGrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00423567323116960820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20704380.post-78009904797706193562014-09-05T15:01:34.668-04:002014-09-05T15:01:34.668-04:00There's also this one, for life insurance as w...There's also this one, for life insurance as well, I think:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZGghmwUcbQyankeegospelgirlhttp://yankeegospelgirl.comnoreply@blogger.com
